Process: Natural and Washed

Flavour Profile: Peach, strawberry, and plum with soft acidity and rich body

Our seasonal house blend created seasonally using beans from Ethiopia, Colombia and Brazil.

We create our Crossbow Blend using our current single origin offerings. With a base of darker roasted Brazil to create body. We then use a combination of lighter roasted Ethiopian and Colombian to create a more complex and dynamic flavour. A blend designed to have an all round profile of flavour and ideal for any use from black + white espresso to filter.
