The Roastery

Roasted in-house in Richmond, Nelson on our 2kg roaster. Small batches give us optimum control over every aspect of the roast, so each coffee is treated with care from first crack to packaging.

The Crossbow Blend

Our seasonal blend combines Ethiopian, Colombian, and Brazilian beans. Created for espresso but versatile enough for filter, offering a complex balance of fruit, bitterness, and strength.
